JERRY Z covering for MIKE CLARK

Our scheduled performer, the legendary drummer Mike Clark has very unfortunately fallen ill and will not be able to make it to tonight's event. The show must go on and we're thrilled to present Mike's organist Jerry Z in his stead with an incredible group consisting of guitarist Dave Stryker (Stanley Turrentine, Jack McDuff) and Richie Morales (Brecker Brothers, Spyro Gyra). Jerry Z is a Hammond B-3 organist known for soulful grooves, fiery solos and his unique, innovative approach to jazz/blues/funk. He has recorded and performed extensively with guitar wizard Oz Noy, legendary drummer Mike Clark, soul jazz pioneer Melvin Sparks, blues great Delbert McClinton, and The Headhunters. His performances with Hiram Bullock, Mark Whitfield, Donald Harrison, Bernard Purdy, and many others showcase his expansive range and innovative drive on the instrument.  Doors 6:30pm / Sets at 7:30pm & 9pm / One ticket is valid for both sets, seating for the 9pm set is based upon availability 7:30 PM SHOW TICKETS $15-25
