It's Uncle Cheef's (saxophonist Ian Hendrickson-Smith) birthday and we're partying for real! New Orleans brass band inspired music influenced by the cutting edge of NYC intensity and music composed by the legendary Questlove in conjunction with Ian and trumpet legend Dave Guy. This is a wild, freewheeling group with one mission: to get you partying and having the time of your life. Featuring a heavyweight group of musicians who've collectively played with such luminaries as: The Dap-Kings, Donald Harrison, High and Mighty Brass Band, Amy Winehouse, The Roots, Lee Fields and so many more!
